Abstract The purpose of the study is to find out how adding glass fiber to concrete can improve its mechanical qualities. It assesses qualities including compressive strength, flexural strength, and strength and contrasts glass fiber-reinforced concrete (GFRC) with regular concrete. Tests on concrete samples with different glass fiber contents reveal that higher fiber content enhances ductility and flexural strength. Environmental pressures like chemical attacks and freeze-thaw cycles are not able to break down GFRC. Tests are enhanced by finite element analysis (FEA), which shows the distribution of stress and strain in the composite. In general, the research advances our knowledge of how GFRC may fortify concrete constructions, perhaps leading to the development of more robust building frameworks.
