Abstract	This Ultimate Theory presents a final theory that clearly understands the origin of the universe, matter, energy, and all fundamental laws of physics. The foundation of this theory is based on mathematical models, rational thinking, and possible experimental evidence. The objective of this study is to develop a unified theory that explains all physical phenomena from the creation of the universe to the present.
